The Eloquia Social Impact Pledge
Made on the record by Saqib Khan as director, October 2026. What a small consultancy owes the people it works among.
Eloquia pledges that
1. We publish our fees, every one stated plus VAT, so that a doctor can see the cost of each stage before picking up the phone.
2. We keep the guidance on this site free to read, written in plain English, for anyone facing a regulator, whether or not they instruct us.
3. If your defence organisation or insurer will cover your case, or if you do not need us, we tell you so in the first conversation.
4. If we cannot help, we tell you who can, including the confidential support services available to doctors under investigation.
5. We pay counsel, experts and partner firms within 30 days of their invoice, because small practices depend on prompt payment as much as we do.
