The Eloquia Environmental Pledge
Made on the record by Saqib Khan as director, October 2026. A small footprint, kept small by decisions you can check.
Eloquia pledges that
1. We prepare and share bundles electronically wherever the regulator, tribunal or court accepts them, and print only what a hearing or a client needs on paper.
2. We travel by rail where the journey and the timetable allow, and meet by video where that serves the client as well as a room would.
3. We keep computers and phones in use for as long as they work and are secure, and send old devices for certified data wiping and recycling.
4. We use AI tools where they save time and not for tasks a search or a template does as well.
5. We make no claim to be carbon neutral and buy no offsets to make one.
6. We review our footprint every October and update our environment and sustainability policy with what we find.
